  1. The best way I deal with Information overload is by delegating tasks and I keep myself on a higher level. I think I’m becoming a pro in delegation. When I delegate, then I don’t have to worry about the information on a lower level, and thus I won’t have and Information Overload problem.

    Btw, I like the title of your blog a lot. Are you planning to restrict the posts on your blog to Project Management (since you’re an APM member I assume).

    thank you for your comments. I agree that learning to delegate is a great time saver. We are not restricting the blog to anyone in particular.
